1) Accutane = this will physically shrink your oil glands and clear your pores. The downside is when you stop taking the medicine, there's a chance the glands will expand again.

I had the same issue (tried birth control too, also didn't work) and I ended up on accutane. I know it's a little scary, but I was on a low dose and I didn't have any bad side effects. It was one of the best things I ever did for myself. Almost 10 years later my skin is still completely clear, and I don't really have to do anything to maintain that.
