Pros

• most minty soaps seem to have eucalyptus added (I know TOBS doesn’t and people like it, but I need to pace myself with the soap acquisition lol)
• For prep what I do with TOBS is wet the face when I take my cream into the ball I will have some left in my finger I use that as a preshave and get into all the beard hair. Works great as a little preshave.
• I used two pucks of TOBS and two Prosaro green soaps in those seven years, which wouldn't be more than the cans of Gillette foam or equivalents I would have used otherwise.
• All my TOBS are great. They are a bit softer so they will deplete faster than harder soaps, but they are worth it.

Cons

• I finally got a shave soap with tallow in it (before, I just used creams like Proraso and TOBS). Wow, what a difference it made.
• I've noticed a huge difference in lathering between my cheap TOBS vs the Truefitt and Hill samples or the Crown Shaving cream I bought.
• I love the smell of that sandalwood, but it’s way too drying on me :(
• I either use creams by OneBlade or ToBS or softer soaps like b&M, A&E, Noble Otter, Stirling.
