Stella Artois

Pros

• For the first time in my life beer didn't taste that bad. ... I tried draft stella artois (or stella artois from tap) in a local pub
• Some decent cheap beers to try: Coors Banquet, Guinness Extra Stout, Stella Artois, Heineken, Blue Moon.
• I remember my first beer with my dad (stella artois) and I look forward to my first beer with my son when the time comes.
• Stella Artois is an excellent beer that is easy to drink and is also seen as “fancier” every bar in New York will have them
• Stella there is basically a different product than what we get in the US. The water is different and so is the recipe. And when poured fresh, at the right temperature, in the right glass by someone who cares - it was a PHENOMENAL product.

Cons

• Parent context: Stella Artois, Chouffe. The Trippels and Dubbels are going to be more expensive. Reply: Sadly, Stella is a bit of an abomination: brewed in St. Louis almost always too old and skunked in the green bottle.
• Stella Artois -When I opened this bottle I got a whiff of something a little pungent. Almost weed like, which I didn’t mind, but didn’t expect. Overall I felt Stella was just alright. Light enough to enjoy on a whim, but not good enough...
• Over the years it got weaker and worse, and now I find it undrinkable.
