Soylent

Pros

• Soylent is one of the cheapest complete meals you can buy:
• I like Soylent, it comes in a bunch of flavors and they are very easy and pretty tasty I think. I like the mocha one best but it has a bit of caffeine so if that's not for you, you could try chocolate or whatever sounds good
• Soylent comes in premade options and is very flavorless.
• Soylent is what I have used, it works for me because it doesn't taste like much of anything so it goes down easy and it's very nutritionally complete.
• Seconding Soylent. Started out with the powder years ago but wasn't a huge fan. The breakfast shakes with caffeine+l-theanine are pretty good, and I've seen 4 packs of other flavors at Walmart on occasion for ~$3 per bottle if you want t...

Cons

• i recently bought a pack of soylent to help me eat enough in a day. however they are not filling at all, and i say this as someone who gets full after drinking a naked smoothie drink.
• the only 2 companies people talk about, Huel and Soylent, either don't ship to Canada (Huel) or all their products are back-ordered (Soylent).
• Soylent.
• I've tried Soylent but was starving within an hour of drinking it, and it has a weird aftertaste.
