Pros

  • I suspect the ZV-E10 II is better
  • whereas the ZV E10 II is averaging around 1.2k and even goes down from there if its used So far that Sony one is my top contender though
  • Recommend ZV-E10 II.
  • ZV-E10 II is capable of higher quality due to the larger sensor
  • Sony autofocus is VERY good at this, and especially the ZV-E10ii because it has their newer ai chip just for focus follow.

Cons

  • In APS C there is the ZV-E10 II, A6700 and FX30. These share the same sensor, but with different bodies for different use cases.
  • Personally the actual issues with the ZV-E10 II is that it is a fully electronic shutter camera- they actually removed the physical curtains previously present on the ZVE10. Outside of casual use, it may be a hassle for you (the flash sy...
  • Biggest difference for video is the same sensor from the FX30, and the ability to record 10bit files. Less rolling shutter effect due to the new sensor. You do get the bigger battery, and the kit lens is a bit better. Being able to get 1...
  • the ZV-E10 II compromises by not having a physical shutter at all.
  • ZV-E10 II is better for video, with a new faster readout shutter making rolling shutter less of an issue, but it removes the mechanical shutter, making it less ideal for stills.

ZV-E10 II is a good choice if a large part of your use is on the video side and you don't need a viewfinder.

The ZV-E10 II is the best video specific option.

Personally the actual issues with the ZV-E10 II is that it is a fully electronic shutter camera- they actually removed the physical curtains previously present on the ZVE10. Outside of casual use, it may be a hassle for you (the flash sync is a paltry 1/30s as well). ... Atleast though the ZV-E10 II is the second APSC body to use the bigger NP-FZ100 battery though.
