Sony Alpha a7C

Pros

• A6700 has similiar price as A7C. Better get A7C for full frame.
• For real though the A7C is obviously technically better in almost every aspect.
• The A7C is full frame so if low light or very blurry backgrounds matter, that's your choice. ... Sony has legendary autofocus.
• And full frame makes some pretty tiny every day fixed and zoom lenses that match APSC size with all the advantages of full frame (Sony A7C with the 35 2.8, or the 24 - 40 - 50 1.5 lenses)
• Also recommend the original A7c but look at the Tamron 20-40mm, it's amazing.

Cons

• I have my Sony a7c for any other needs, but I’m using it less and less now.
• My first camera was a Canon 700D and the 2nd Sony A7C, and more I used the Sony more I was feeling comfortable with the Canon. Yeah quality is lower, harder to take night pictures etc. but I think the less vision that the APS-C gives aga...
• The A7C is also quite an old sensor as far as I remember and it has an anti-aliasing filter whereas the OM-1 does not, which will impact overall detail.
• That’s where my A7C feels limited. It lacks flexibility in post, the burst speed is slow for some situations, and since I live in India (it’s HOT here), the camera heats up sometimes (though it hasn’t caused me any issues yet).
