It's one of my favorite pocket carry lights. Reply: Just looked at it, it's not a good example because the brightness selection only functions when on. (unless the store page is misleading) That's the issue I'm trying to avoid.

Sofirn tailswitch is good, though not great. ... Sofirn's side switch has a rather unsatisfying, shallow click ... The beam is not perfectly smooth or homogenous, but looks perfect on anything but a white wall.
