Slack

Pros

• A slack workspace with just DMs and channels fast and is still the best option out there for business, and is a hell of a lot better than teams.
• Slack is the best current business chat platform, this has strong 'old man yelling at clouds' energy
• eg. strict schedule, private home office, sit/stand desk, love using slack and other things for asynchronous communication etc.
• Basically, for anything chat related, we use Slack. Chatting with another person, or a support channel, that happens in Slack.

Cons

• You saw someone's quiet, passive, mostly-offline task/progress tracker sitting peacefully on a desk and thought, "_What this needs is more Slack notifications_."
• Slack is just the worst – and I've used a BBS and 14.4k modem... It's fundamentally broken and built using a worst-practice approach to application development.
• He said, "I need you to download the new versions of Slack with has the license key because we're switching over to a licensed version."
• Do not create a slack channel for support.
• It’s very tiring to have to pay so much for basically a very limited effort from salesforce / slack.
