Pros
- I have several SK05 Pro. I had a deffective one but they sent me a replacement without issues. One of them lives in my work backpack, a great get-home-light if I get stuck anywhere, also works as a power bank and with 8000mAh it’s enough...
- Don't listen to this man, buy SK05 pro. This is an excellent flashlight. I have over 15 flashlights in my collection and if I had to keep one it would definitely be my SK05 Pro MAO.
- Sk05 pro, sst variant if you're not gonna mod it. I have both the nichia and sst version, I'm swapping the throw side to high cri on my nichia version
- SK05 pro is even better yet, as batteries can be replaced, worth the extra money for a long term investment.
- I EDC my SK05 Pro. It’s not much thicker than most of my other lights.
Cons
- Parent context: Its good, just don't order from Amazon if you want to receive the right option, the rattle seems to be a one off issue. Reply: Can confirm, the Amazon version is the "High performance" one. Meaning 3x SST25 at 6500k floo...
- I don’t believe there’s a moonlight mode (I could be wrong) but for some reason the off-to-1H is momentary turbo rather than moonlight.
- I selected the Nichia emitter for my flood light. Thought it would be a warmer tint, but come to find out in an FAQ I believe it was 5700k. Which seems like it defeats the purpose of the choice of that emitter when almost everyone wants...

One of them lives in my work backpack, a great get-home-light if I get stuck anywhere, also works as a power bank and with 8000mAh it’s enough for charging your phone and still having a few hours of flashlight use.

Reply: Can confirm, the Amazon version is the "High performance" one. Meaning 3x SST25 at 6500k flood/SFT-25R spot. Definitely works! But...it just makes me want a 519a version.
No issues with mine, got the 519a version. Fun little light, though the lack of moonlight is a bit annoying, but it does have the warm white sidelight which can function as moonlight, and it is also too clunky for a tiny nightlight to use indoors.
I don’t believe there’s a moonlight mode (I could be wrong) but for some reason the off-to-1H is momentary turbo rather than moonlight.
I got the SK05 pro. It’s a good flashlight and does what says it was suppose to do. I have a couple nitpicks, but if I wasn’t picky, It’d be a great flashlight to any owner.
I selected the Nichia emitter for my flood light. Thought it would be a warmer tint, but come to find out in an FAQ I believe it was 5700k. Which seems like it defeats the purpose of the choice of that emitter when almost everyone wants 4500k or less for the high CRI.
