Sensodyne

Pros

• switching to sensodyne or another sls-free brand helped me a ton.
• There are only a few sensodyne that are low or no sls. The mineral one is good. Lots of reading packages in store.

Cons

• Most Sensodyne toothpastes actually have SLS. At least, their website only lists merely three products that are SLS free versus the dozens they sell. Please check which Sensodyne product you're using to be sure.
• I switched to sensodyne a while ago, not sure if it’s made a difference at all but if anyone has better toothpaste recommendations, let me know!!
• Ah, i use the sensodyne one😣 thank u for the suggestion tho!
• I use Sensodyne (it’s SLS-free but it has fluoride). I don’t get burning/flaking, it’s more like actual zits.
• Sensodyne has a couple options (not all of them, so you have to look at the ingredients). Tom’s is SLS free, but also doesn’t have fluoride.
