Pros
- In my experience Botox, TRT, and intelligently-placed filler/Sculptra have given me the most bang for my buck.
- I personally think your smile really shines and looks great. If it really bothers you then maybe look in to Sculptra. It’s an injectable that promotes collagen production and will tighten up the skin in your face. It works amazingly well...
- Sculptra was pretty darn amazing for my saggy, drooping face.
- Rapid weight loss drops volume out and leaves the skin loose, so the plan is usually two-part: tighten the laxity, and put volume back with filler or a collagen stimulator like Sculptra.
- two weeks ago I got Sculptra injected, I’m waiting for the slow results to kick in but I’m glad it didn’t add that unwanted cheek volume.
Cons
- I’ve been seeing soooo many Sculptra ads on my fyp and I am gonna admit I’m getting influenced 😭😭 I’m just scared bc everyone makes it seem the moment the clock strikes 25 it’s all downhill for ur skin
- I’ve had sculptra done in an office where I would go in and just ask about something and they would do it. I didn’t see much of a difference.

Best for: More general facial volume loss, hollowing, and patients who feel like their face has started looking a little deflated. The change tends to happen slowly, so it usually doesn’t have that obvious filled look.
Collagen stimulators have approved equivalents in most countries, Sculptra and Radiesse included in the US and Canada, so a clinic near you can carry the course on.
