The main advantage to using the Savant gear is that it can also be configured to control TVs, lights, alarm system, etc. If you want everything in one app, Savant can do that. ... The downside is that it’s dealer-only, so you can’t tinker or change much by yourself.
The Savant gear is older, but likely still usable with some updates.
I’m pretty happy with my Savant system, but I’ll check that one out.
