The S23 plus was a great phone and still getting updated. Not as fast as the newer Galaxy phones but it is.
Instead of the ultra model I would go with a plus, that's less expensive, maybe an S23 plus.
My personal pick between those two would be the Nothing Phone 3a for software but the S23 Plus for hardware.
I am using an S23 Plus and it still runs great.

I think the S23 plus or Ultra are still good options, and they have a bigger battery capacity than the base model.
