Pros

  • From reputable brands like Rockwell, Muhle, and Merkur, I know that’s a user tightening down too much on the handle.
  • Parent context: Yeahp. The Rockwell works. For a razor that looks like a truck, it works. Nice shave, setup. Reply: It shaves so wonderfully, I would shave every day if I had faster growth.
  • get an adjustable with multiple plates. Rockwell, Oliworks etc...
  • If you're a beginner, I recommend the Henson or a Rockwell.
  • Finally I decided to try again with new equipment and grabbed the Rockwell and the Merkur… heck yea! It finally clicked

Cons

  • One day Rockwell is the only razor you’ll ever need.
  • I love how sharp they are, leading me to do less passes for less irritation and a better shave compared to the Nacet, Rockwell, and Astra. They all kinda felt scratchy to me 🤷‍♂️.
  • Rockwell is great for me, I use plate 3 or 4 for the ATG pass on the sensitive areas. Only issues I have with it is it has such a thick head and it is too mild.
  • Glad Rockwell is working for ya. I got one to go along with my two Henson razors and it gave me wicked burns around my neck. Ended up gifting it to a friend who wanted to get into the safety razor game and it did the same for him as it’s...
  • Rockwell are garbage
