Readest is probably the best fit.
I love Readest for example, because it allows me to sync both the book and reading progress with other devices so I can read on my phone when on the go
Once the developer told me this I was able to get it working without issue.

It also has Text-to-speech, though I prefer the one on a different reading app (Readest).
