Have had the Profitec Move/Mazzer Philos combination for just over a month now - going to hit 100 shots pulled this weekend. Both are great, have no real regrets - I think if I was steaming a *lot* of milk, I might find the steam wand performance a little lackluster
I was extremely torn between this and the Profitec Move (which I bought because dual boiler and I’ve been happy with).
Profitec move and Eureka Libra AP 65. I’m just having a lot of trouble getting consistent shots, and I find myself constantly tweaking the grind settings
Workflow is way smoother then on the Anna. The capability to pull a shot (shoot timer makes it even more simple) and steaming, saves so much time in a busy morning.
i max the steam boiler temp and got a 4 hole steam wand tip and the pressure is great for me.
On the steam wand pressure question, it's decent but not going to blow you away compared to something like a Bianca or a machine with a dedicated steam boiler. For milk drinks at home it's plenty powerful, I can get nice microfoam in maybe 10-12 seconds with a 250ml pitcher.

Dual boiler makes a real difference when you're pulling shots back to back and then steaming milk, no waiting around for the boiler to swap modes like you do on a single boiler. The heat up time on the Move is honestly one of those things you don't appreciate until you've lived with a slower machine
