Prequel Oil Cleanser

I like the prequel cleanser.

I am using Prequel’s cleanser now because it’s high in glycerin and my skin loves it.

Okay so I really like the prequel oil cleanser, I would start using it every night - make sure your hands are warm and I rub it on my face for at least a couple minutes.

The Prequel cleanser, Gleanser is also popular and easy to get and Cetaphil also makes a number of moisturizers with SPF.

The prequel oil cleanser has really changed the game for me!! I use it every night and use a little silicon scrubber thing to really work it in. Make sure your face and hands are dry just work the oil into your face for a few minutes. I follow it with the prequel salicylic acid cleanser but only use that if you think you need salicylic acid in your routine. But the oil cleanser is great!

PM: Prequel oil cleanser, Cerave hydrating cleanser, FaceReality soothing radiance toner, Cerave moisturizing cream; 2-3 nights a week, I use my Omnilux red light mask. On nights I’m not using my mask, I use FaceReality’s benzoyl peroxide after toner and before my moisturizer.

Night routine is the prequel oil cleanser followed by the la roche posay toleriane dermocleanser, then I use the same morning moisturizer, and treclinac on top.
