Cons

• You'd see something like: *"Manufacturer: 1,220g | Community: 1,248g (12 verified)"* ... without everyone having to buy a $20 scale and weigh their own Copper Spur.
• I can see why someone who transitioned from a 5 lb tent would look at the copper spur but there are much lighter options (ones that might actually align with UL) available
• But there’s no way I’d haul even the 1P CS for 2600 miles, not even if someone paid me! That’s asking for a 15lb base weight when I’d be aiming for 8lb max.
• obviously the copper spur is heavy, since you already carry trekking poles, a trekking pole tent is the obvious swap if you happen to know anyone one
• The Copper Spur is a terrible value for the weight compared to almost any modern trekking pole tent.
