The performance and screen are better on the OnePlus 12R while Oppo Reno 13 Pro offers better cameras, IP69 rating, longer software support because it's 1 year newer and potentially a slightly better battery life (battery life on the 12R is pretty good but the reno 13 pro might beat it).
