overall the best one is Omnilux for men specifically (it has near infrared and infrared light and is made to penetrate into deeper layers of the skin as it was designed for men who have thicker skin than women) it’s expensive but worth it. I bought one and I get so so so many compliments on my skin.
And for what it's worth, in my opinion, omnilux is no longer a good choice. There are much better masks on the market lately.

I landed on a platinum LED red light panel- def on the pricier side but I had leftover funds in my FSA I needed to use and they are FSA/HSA eligible. It’s been beyond helpful for not just skin care but body care- I got it for cosmetic reason and I was shocked at the pain, relief that it provides. A key body back pain, sore neck- I run to my red light panel like a lizard looking for the sun. So I really recommend investing in the technology that actually works- which means spending a bit more than this mask.
