I also love a Nordstrom Rack with all my heart but finds are much less consistent.
I just go to all the TJ Maxx, Burlington, Nordstrom Rack, etc stores. A percentage of the stuff is junk- no name brands of poor materials and construction and lower grade products from brand names. However there are absolute gems as well *and* at a bargain.

Your best bet is Nordstrom Rack. They usually have fashionable clothes on clearance most of the year.
