I don't like nizoral because at the end of the day, it is a shampoo so it's going to be very drying on the skin and the percentage of ketoconazole in it is less than prescriptions have, BUT if you can't get the cream, I guess nizoral is the next best option, just make sure it's the nizoral with ketoconazle, because there's a formulation that doesn't have it and won't work.
