Nikon Z50II

The Z50ii has: an EVF that's twice as bright Up to 30 fps in burst mode if you're shooting jpeg Much improved AF and 3D tracking. Pre-capture It can charge the battery while in use Much improved video recording, with a higher recording time and, even though it's the same sensor, you can push the ISO even higher than the z50 before noise becomes noticeable.

Both are solid choices but that Nikon bundle sounds like insane value for the money - getting two lenses plus extra batteries is basically stealing at that price point

I am considering the Nikon Z50II as it is 1200USD where I am with 3 batteries and 2 kit lenses (15-50, 55-250) making it a value deal which can handle all of my requirements above.

the Z50ii is a smaller body than the R7 (That's in part the benefit of no IBIS)

So Nikon vs Canon, I'd say the Z50II and Z7II is a good mix, IBIS isn't a need for telephoto, and the new 16-50 has VR

The Z50II has a nice secure grip (like their DSLRs and unlike the small/shallow (or even non-existent) grips on the Olympus and Panasonic MFT cameras and Sony axxxx APS-C mirrorless cameras that I've had/used) tho i did add a smallrig bottom plate so that my pinky has somewhere to grip

The newer Z50II brings some amazing autofocusing abilities. Definitely worth consideration.

Z50II is around $900, you can use both of your current lenses on a Z body with the FtZ adapter

Or do a Nikon z50ii mirrorless crop sensor camera with a 24-200 full frame lens if you want better quality.
