Personally, I’d go for a used Nikon D750 or Canon 5D mark iv. Add some used lenses and you’re set for life.
If you like the Canon 6D, then you'd be more impressed with the D750. Better noise and higher dynamic range.
Settled on the D750 starting with the Nikkor 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5 and its a dream.
