Nikon D3500

Pros

• I'd give it to Nikon for offer a better package with the D3500 and would recommend it over the 2000D, but it has been discontinued and is no longer for sale.
• The D3500 is quite a bit newer and better in every way.
• I own that camera and have for over five years. It's a pretty good camera that is worth using under your own budget for first time camera users and DSLR beginners.
• I currently use a nikon d3500. It has served its purpose.
• alternatives like the Nikon D3500 or Sony Alpha a6000 (mirrorless) would also work well for your needs in street, landscape, and occasional video shooting.

• Currently I have a Nikon D3500 as my primary
• I first considered the Nikon D3500 for around $200, but after reading reviews, I noticed that many people mentioned the poor autofocus points, which made me really (really) hesitate.
• my only Experience with Photography with a DSLR was on my friend's Nikon D3500 with an 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Zoom lens, and i liked the variable zoom however having such a low aperture no matter the zoom distance made it pretty hard to take...
• The d3500 has a lot more customizability but it's also larger and more expensive than the AW130.
