Nikon D3200

Pros

• It looks like a €50 camera in that condition, but yes, it is very much worth it if it is functioning correctly.
• The Nikon feels more significant and durable
• The Nikon has a higher resolution sensor and the 18-55 lens that it comes with is very plastic but has much nicer image quality than the 18-55 of the Canon. I think the Nikon is the better choice there
• Have a look on facebook marketplace in your area for Nikon D3200 or Canon Rebels, you might find something for like $75 that could get you shooting.
• If you really want to go low on budget you can get used D3200 for 110-180€... it has a learning mode, you can turn on liveview, it's one of the first budget Nikon DSLRs with their higher res. sensors, all in all a decent camera.

Cons

• Parent context: The 1200D has a lively, interesting picture with pretty good tones, the D3200's picture is far from good. I don't like the D3200. The only thing is that the Nikon has a better kit lens. Reply: The d3200 has extremely good...
• The Nikon has a larger dynamic range, but it is not real, it is just numbers, they just do compression, you have to look at the picture, in the D3200 the tones are not quality, in many cases the picture is generally bad.
• You could also go for significantly later, entry level DSLRs like the Nikon D3200. They give you slightly more performance but tend to be cheaply built etc.. I had one and honestly wasn't a huge fan, but my view may be tainted by nostor...
• I currently own a Nikon D3200 with a Nikon 18-105 kit lens. In the photos I take, the grain is very noticeable at high ISOs
• Parent context: Nikon d3200 Reply: M42 lenses, like the one in the picture, do not adapt to Nikon F mount cameras well. I wouldnt't bother if i were you.
