Nest

Pros
- Not sure about the grouping but it works with my Google Nest flawlessly.
- There are also at least a couple coworking spaces (Nest, Bunker).
- I don’t love the *gucci* note in gucci perfumes, but I think nest makes a pretty floral.
- Google Nest and Ring both have options for how you get alerts and even to set quiet hours.
- A smart thermostat (Ecobee/Nest) is the cleanest win if you’ve got a central system — quick install, solid scheduling, and decent occupancy logic.
Cons
- This video just convinced my wife to get a G4 doorbell to replace our nest.
- Have them read the installation guides for Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell …. for whatever you’re looking at buying ….
- Get yourself a Meross thermostat (MUCH better than Nest at a fraction of the price)
- Google Nest: Doesn't seem to be recommended here.
- and I think the older nest devices having their support removed. Result = unintelligent "smart" devices.
