Pros

  • I carry 2-3 nano bags in my EDC. One for groceries (the XL), one for a backpack (the daypack), and one as a sling (the sling). They are so small I can easily add all 3 to my EDC without taking up very much room.
  • I've been using the Nano Bag for the last year and it's worked great for what it is. I wouldn't walk all day with it as my EDC but for groceries, pool, beach... It has been awesome.
  • I've seen the Nanobag, and it supposedly folds down super tiny, kind of like the one in the pic below. Anyone here actually used one for travel?
  • Nanobag: used once, folds small. Looks pretty.
  • We also bring the large crossbody NanoBag to hold purchases or our jackets if we get too hot. The Nanobag is quite tiny and can stay in any pocket or small backpack until needed. Also has a carabiner to attach to belt loop or another bag.

Cons

  • I noticed a couple weeks ago after using it for a full year that one of the seams was coming apart. I emailed them a picutre of it and they sent me a new one the next day. The one with the ripped seam is still perfectly usable, but I wou...

Personally I prefer a backpack and sling. Sling has a Nanobag in it for anything bigger I pick up along the way.

Another option is a packable sling.. or any smaller 1-3L sling really, or something even lighter but strong like a nanobag.

I have the standard size 19L Nanobag. This thing lives in my backpack. I always have it with me. It's great to carry because you can hold the handles by your side or you can wear them on your shoulder. It works good both ways.

Yup. I’m a big fan. I always travel with one and it’s come in very helpful many times. From groceries, to just transporting things to and from the office.
