FYI I did successfully get a free 4070 TI Super by challenging MSI on their box advertising not being compliment with disclosing expiration dates for free games and American express sided with me and refunded the entire gpu.

Thanks for clarifying, hah. It was MSI. As I already noted in another comment, motherboard was working, but couldn't boot.
It was MSI B850M. I also thought that it might be fried, but motherboard was working, was turning on, but couldn't boot. At service it also was tested with their parts and it also wasn't working.
Realistically MSI has been one of the better brands for AM5.
Currently, MSI are the ones you need to watch out for in my opinion.
