my current setup is now: Moza R12 V2
8nm here, no flex. Would recommend.
I’m in a similar boat with space issues and it has served me well.
I'd recommend a Moza r12 and Simsonn plus x pedals. Good gear and under budget.

Cons

I switched out a moza r12 for a vrs dfp because something just didnt white click with me on the moza, no regrets, very happy with the vrs. Just to be clear I'm not shitting on the moza, they're cheaper and I also didn't invest a huge amo...
I've given that setup to my son and I went and bought a R12 with active everything for myself because I'm foolish with money.
I still have the T818, it’s gonna be either a alpha mini or a moza r12.
Simagic Alpha Evo, Aserek La Prima, VRS DFP15, which are much better than the R12 in my opinion.
my MOZA R12 feels so wasted.

I feel happy by now with moza hardware and software. ... In moza it was basically plug and play with some tweaks. The Moza software feels better for FFB, since you have the curve configuration which is missing in Simagic.

Bought Moza r12 with ks, and it worked much better outside of the box. Those are really comparable products.
