Pros
- This is a 8 hour long character switching metroidvania that features excellent writing and a great deal of originality in its abilities. It got an extremely positive public reception from the few who did play this game.
- On the metroidvania side of things I played and finished Moonlight Pulse(), a metroidvania that I found to be a hidden gem
- Pretty solid game. I enjoyed my time with it and I thought all the characters were unique. Definitely worth playing.
- Loved this game! Good writing in a MV that also minor overbearing is pretty rare.
- I enjoyed this one quite a lot, especially as you say for being somewhat unique and different than other games. I think I was close to 100% after about six hours. My only disagreement is I actually felt the game was pretty easy all the w...
Cons
- This game is pretty great. It could have been a bit longer - the kit once you have all the characters is super fun but the game ends almost immediately. Also I am not a fan of the characters just "remembering" that they have abilities in...
- This being said, the game isn't without faults, the enemies, especially the bosses, are very difficult to deal with in the first half of the game.

This game is pretty great. It could have been a bit longer - the kit once you have all the characters is super fun but the game ends almost immediately. Also I am not a fan of the characters just "remembering" that they have abilities instead of finding a maguffin in the world to give them a powerup.

Right after having completed hidden gem turbo kid I went to play moonlight pulse and I discovered that it too was a hidden gem! ... This is really a shame because this comes with a ton of originality and great writing. The game is short but there are virtually no bugs and the game is priced appropriately. Although the biggest selling point on the store is character switching, the abilities included along with the writing and the unique world design are what really make this game stand out from the crowd.
This extremely well made character switching indie metroidvania came out of nowhere and has almost no negative feedback.
Moonlight Pulse does that, small game though
