For Case: Montech or Phanteks or Fractal Design look up what you like with pre installed fans.

As for the PSU Montech is a relatively new brand but they have some seriously good products that are an excellent value while being pretty high quality, that specific unit does well in both the SPL and Cybernetics ratings

not when offerings from ex. montech or sama are very cheap, too, while having gone through quite a bit of testing and carrying a lot of trust from consumers and lengthy warranties from manufacturers.

So something from Thermalright, Montech will do, or the Arctic Freezer 36, which is a single tower dual fan unit with very good price performance for its size. I'm using the Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 Ultra on my 12900KF and it keeps it under control quite well, I stay in the 50-65C range depending on the game.

Montech is an A and quite cheap, it's normally what I suggest for people, or a SAMA G850, depending where they are.

Cooler wise get something decent , similar to Thermalright Peerless Assassin would be nice but I don't think that's available there or like the Deepcool AG620 or something similar from ID Cooling or Montech.

Case wise I assume you could check stuff from Montech, Deepcool or Thermaltake out. Atleast usually they are solid brands for decent priced cases but obviously you can look at other brands too. Be careful about the airflow.

Also ditch the corsair parts, you can save quite a bit on the case, cpu cooler and fans by going with montech and thermalright instead.
