Pros

• Miralax is very mild and you can safely take it daily to get things movimg and keep things moving.
• miralax (draws water into stool) was the best, and you can be on it long term.
• The worst club on Earth! Thank you for the solidarity. I’m on allllll the stool softeners, miralax, fiber supplement, you name it.
• Assuming you’ve tried miralax? It’s safe for kids over 6 months old. It has worked wonders on my son who had a withholding phase.
• There are non-bulking laxatives out there like Miralax. They increase the amount of water in your stool without swelling up the way psyllium does.
