Pros
- Very cool video, nice work! Also very interesting that they are family owned and so dedicated to their work
- The sound of the Mazzer is so nice. So much quieter.
- I switched from a Baratza to the Mazzer as well....oh my gosh, the sound difference was the biggest upgrade.
- This Mazzer is so quiet by comparison!

Cons
- If you do purchase the Mazzer, make sure to adjust the four leveling feet on the bottom of the grinder to eliminate noise/vibration.
- I like light roasts and my p100 with 102mm burrs make a completely different tasting drink than my old Mazzer 64mm burrs.
- It’s still shocking for something so carefully machined in other areas would use this janky approach to the grinder cap?

Mazzers are tanks, but I'd step up from the mini, personally.
I've owned a Super Jolly for a decade, I love that thing. Seeing this documentary made me love it even more.
I’ve always known about the brand and known the grinders are tanks, but never really knew anything about the company. ... I also think the company itself is awesome.
