Matador Refraction

I use a Matador Refraction for a packable day pack.

I don’t carry a laptop and find the Matador Refraction an excellent packable backpack with a comfortable harness and great set of pockets.

I like the Matador Refraction for a packable day touring bag.

The Matador ReFraction seems to be well liked. It's only 16 l though.

+1 for the Matador ReFraction. I used it recently on a ten day trip as my day pack and it worked well.

The Matador Refraction is an excellent 16 liter packable backpack. It’s small enough to work as a personal item on budget airlines. Very comfortable straps and an excellent feature set.

All I can say is that I looooovvve my Matador ReFraction. It is comfortable, holds a lot when I need it to but also doesn’t look weird when I don’t have much in it, good pockets, great fabric, easy to pack. If I had to quibble, I guess the only thing I could say that’s less than stellar is that it becomes a bit of a bottomless pit, but I just use pouches.
