Mage Knight

Pros

• Two games we definitively both like are * Mage Knight: Despite it being mainly competitive-focused, we have a lot of fun playing it cooperatively
• 2. Mage Knight (was my #1 for a decade til I discovered the Haven games)
• In Mage Knight by the end of the game you can bring whole cities to the ground with just a few cards sometimes. You're basically a demigod.
• Mage Knight is a really great game solo and the best bit of advice I can give you for the base game is that wounds are a when not an if
• One of the best games ever made.

Cons

• sadly I don't have anyone committed enough for Gloomhaven, few friends who I meet with are down for Mage Knight however.
• Three years later, no one wants to play Mage Knight
• **Mage Knight** is another one.
• Mage Knight. I did a 4 player run once. Once. Literally had 40 minutes between turns at one point.
• I loved it, was amazing. Played it so much. Then I discovered other games that didn't have as long a setup time, and as much upkeep and rules clarification, so I just kind of stopped playing it.
