Been drinking Liquid IV for months because literally everyone on fitness youtube swears by it and I feel like I got scammed. The stuff is basically gatorade powder that costs $1+ per serving. Started looking at the ingredients after I kept crashing a couple hours after drinking it... there's 11 grams of sugar in each packet. Eleven! That's like drinking a coke and calling it health food
