I use LingQ for lots of Turkish A1/A2/B1-level content to read. I haven't run out yet, after 2 years.
LingQ has a feature for this. Each word is background colored as "unknown" (blue) or "known" (clear). But there are also 3 levels of "partially known" (3 shades of orange).
I use LingQ as a source of lots of written content, with some very nice features for quickly looking up new words.
