Leukotape does stick to socks when the edges peel up but if you really press the edges down and make sure the tape has no wrinkles by stretching it tight, it's usually not a problem.
Put a rounded edges strip of LEUKOTAPE >>before<< going out on a hike on the sensitive area. Skin must be dry and clean! Works like a charm!
