It's an amazing laptop, but I will be returning it. The keyboard is also a pain to use - it's way too far away / too deep in. Because of that, I'm cutting my hands on the laptop's front side when trying to use it.

I have the 9i myself only about a few weeks old and overall the laptop is very good performance wise just let down by a few niggles: 1. Left cursor key was sticking ... 2. Now the light bar is not working properly ... 3. Sometimes when my display turns off it starts off dim ... 4. Noticed a couple of screws missing from the fans
