Pros
- Thanks for Leantype 👍
- Leantype (Fork of Heliboard, I actually use this one)
- Well, i am using leantype which is a fork of heliboard. It is extremely feature rich and predictions are good enough
- Switched to LeanType last month and it's been solid, the press-hold punctuation is there and the predictions actually make sense.
- Parent context: I suggest Leantype. Reply: Yeah, I'd used SwiftKey for a very, very long time and switched to this. It's really damn solid, it impressed me so much I paid for it (you get nothing, it's just a donation)
Cons
- Lmao, you gotta figure it out. Its so feature rich that even after using 2 months, i am completely clueless how does it works
- Parent context: https://github.com/LeanBitLab/LeanType Here Reply: I have been trying this, but the predictions arent good enough
- Leantype and heliboard doesn't fit perfectly on my size

It's a fork of Heliboard. Has all features of Gboard but the main thing is it's open source. It also has some AI features which you can use with gemini or OpenAI.
It's FOSS, and so far it's the best alternative I've found to the major keyboards.
