Pros

  • It fixed my IBS. Yes. Ever since I started taking this, whatever intestinal issue that plauged me for years and years stopped being an issue.
  • Men use it to fix mild forms of ED, without any side effects. It's also great as a pre workout supplement.
  • I just started taking this, switching from L-Arginine. Can say I’ve noticed a difference already.
  • It's an amazing supplement
  • I'm 42 y.o and take 2 grams daily and I also run faster and easier since I started it

Cons

Started L-citrulline this week. They’re 750mg capsules so I’ve taken 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Parent context: How does it taste and does it blend into water easily? Reply: L-citrulline has no taste at all, and the beet root powder tastes like Fruit punch but with a slightly earthy taste. Compared to other supplements out there, this really doesn’t taste bad at all. Definitely not delicious, but it’s a solid 6.5/10 taste

Just here to share my experience on taking 3g of L-citrulline + this beet root powder that contains a blend of 3g of beta vulgaris + 2g of betaine nitrate. I combine both of these and drink them every morning and i just have to say….WOW so they really give me amazing blood flow.
