Parent context: I got my suit refunded from them over a decade ago. I don't understand how they're still doing their thing - their thing being disregarding measurements. Reply: The reality is they're not using measurements in the first place, it's all pre-cut that they try and tailor or get close enough to your measurements. I ordered a few times when I was a student and everything for differently despite it all being made to measure with the same measurements
They were never good. They were always complete junk.
It's wild how bad they've become. The first suit I got from them like a decade ago was great. I still wear it sometimes. My friend got married and the groomsmen got suits through Indochino, and they were AWFUL. 2 remakes and it's still such a terrible suit.
