I have a Patagonia outlet within walking distance, I stop in a couple times a month and routinely find things for 60-75% off. I've gotten two down sleeping bags from there for ~$130 each, a couple of heavy down jackets for ~$120, waders, fleeces, baggies shorts, etc etc.
Also note - if buying from Patagonia directly, they folded it in half and shoved it in a box with zero padding, insulation, or protection…..
