I'm From Rice Toner

Pros

• I love milky toners too so if you want that I completely recommend the I'm from rice toner.
• this is my current routine btw: AM: I'm from rice toner
• but I have to second the I'm From rice toner. Mostly just because the I'm From Toner's are fire
• I’ve been using I’m From Rice Toner, also from Korea.
• I’m From Rice Toner! It’s a milky, hydrating toner that works super well for me during the winter

Cons

• They both have niacinamide and usually will sting if your moisture barrier is compromised which is a little ironic since niacinamide is supposed to help dryness and redness…it’s just not helpful if you’re too far gone
• the rice toner has niacinamide and rice extract, some people find it irritating. if it works fine on your dry skin then keep using it. this toner was really spicy on my skin when my moisture barrier was wrecked.
• The I’m from one dries my skin a lot, and I only use moisturizing toners.
• Toner: I'M From Rice
• Unfortunately the rice toner was bad for my skin! It gave me really small white pimples every time i used it and burned my cheeks!
