Have a look at the Hisense C1 or C2 and see if you like the look of them better. I remember them scoring higher for this price range on a video review.

I’ve owned both and a Hisense C1. I can categorically say if budget is not issue, the Pro 2 does look significantly better across all content. The EBL can be a hit or a miss if I’m being honest, but even turned off it’s a very very good projector. The StreamMaster Plus 2 is good but I truly believe that even the Hisense C1 outperforms it
Do you think that a Hisense c1 would be good ? The idea is to have a room for movie night 2or3 times a week , the rest of the time it’s the play room for my kids .
I found a Hisense C1 at a good price, but its 1.2 throw ratio doesn’t quite work for my setup.
I just bought an open box Hisense C1 for $500 and I really loved it. Great picture quality and colors.
