Hinderer

Personally it's the best knife I've ever owned. Only little sticking point for me is the pivot being annoying. Everything else about it is second to none

I can fuzz sticks for tinder better with my hinderer than any other pocket knife. Also having a framelock with an over travel stop will keep you from over extending the titanium when your adrenaline is flowing.

the top two most impressive knives I've bought were Hinderer and the newer M. Strider knives. Hinderers and Striders are over built, solid knives ready for hard use, and the newer models are all thinly ground, slicey knives compared to the older thick stuff.

You can get a lot more knife than what you get with benchmade money. Hinderer comes to mind. I believe Rick Hinderer was a firefighter and designed his knives for his liking and needs

like you said you could stack them up against a crk or hinderer but they cost 5x more so it's kinda silly.

I like them because they're super comfy to use, tons of blade shapes, the triway pivot system is awesome for when you're in dusty/dirty environments where bearings get gritty, almost endless amounts of customization, and I've had nothing but absolutely perfect knives from Hinderer

Hinderer is known for their perfect contoured ‘human’ feel in the hand and their reliability. They are worth the money. They’re my favorites right now.

Solid USA made knife. Choice of washer, bearing, or Teflon pivot action. Very well made. Customisable. Tough.
