Hill Farmstead in Vermont. ... all of the above make great lambic style beers.
If I really get the itch for top shelf, I make a case run to Tree House or hit up the local taproom when they put Hill Farmstead on.
Hillfarmstead - no question. Everything they make is exceptional regardless of style. It’s hard to get their beer and they sell bottles at the brewery for pretty reasonable prices.
