Head & Shoulders

Pros

• You can also try washing your back with Head and Shoulders. I had nothing that looked even close to Fungal Acne on my back, for which an anti-dandruff shampoo would be helpful, just ordinary cysts, but using Head and Shoulders helped a lot.
• It’s pretty common to see Head and Shoulders suggested for fungal acne.
• My husband washes his beard with Head and Shoulders!
• after doing a bunch of online sleuthing I just put head and shoulders on my forehead when I showered like 2x daily and it went away after like 2 weeks…

Cons

• Head and shoulders is wildly harsh to be using on his face and any leftover residue on his hair might be irritating your skin.
• He is fortunately very clean, and he uses head and shoulders for the mustache. I just don’t know if that’s what’s breaking me out or if it’s the hair itself
• I tried putting head and shoulders but after putting it it makes my skin became DRY ASH like it got coated in plastic, and the tiny bumps became red too.
• I would use Paula's Choice BHA three times a week and I also thought I had fungal acne, so I sometimes would use Head and Shoulders on my face (lol).
