- HI I Fixed my GW4C with same issue. You need to buy parts. You need tu buy that 4 little balls, that goes into that 4 holes. Put the balls to the holes, after put the bezel back, and presure it down. Thats it.

Parent context: Made the switch from gw4 to 2024 ultra about a month ago and it's a much better watch sensor-wise. It's battery is much better too, but I really miss the rotating bezel of the gw4c. Reply: Had the gw8c been released in black, I may have gone with it instead of the ultra, but still the longer battery life is a plus.

When I traded in my GW4C for a GW6C last year, my trade-in was rejected because they claimed the watch wouldn't boot up. I called support and told them I had a video of wiping the watch clean and then re-starting it, and told them they can see on the video that the watch booted up just fine.
